Hey, just wanted to drop a line and let you know that I respect what you guys are doing and am praying that you can keep it going. i know the three wins turned to losses really sucks, but win out and I hope to see you guys in the playoffs, I think it would be a great/fun game. keep those heads up, men!

RMFL, PLAYAZ, GM'S & FANS

I just wanted to say thanks for the support regarding these forfits & the admin. issues. For the all the others I can except & understand your opions as well. I've been ballin in semi-pro league alitte over 6 years now, 4 in the GSFA (CA) & 2 in the RMFL / UFIL and will say without a dought the RMFL is the best league I've ever played in. In stated this I can only except the leagues decision as a player/capt. from the Warriors ball club. For those of you who know me from the Wolvs & UFIL may feel I've made a grave decision playing for this team, but trust me I put alot of thought into it. Yes, I know the team didn't have it all together yet & possibly no home field, but after choppin it up with these guy's you'd never know they'd been in a gang or any other drama they'd been caught up in. The fact that these guy's knew they had nothing and could possibly gain something small as one win has driven them to have positive attitude as well as respect for one another; "Yeah most of you know this reare with a fist year team!"
The only thing the Warriors needed more of was leadership and a few more skilled players, so the decison was made.

As I stated prior these guy's had nothing and since the hole league knows our laundry let me give you a little more 411.. They've provided helmets, cleats & gloves thu donations from schools and other sources. They've even managed to have X-BYU/Philadelphia Eagle Reno Mahe come out to our last practice prior to the first game to talk about the trials as well as test of life. Now I know our management/admin. dropped the ball re:the fee issue, but they are really trying to put something good together.

Where do we go from here now as a player/capt? Do I quit & try to find another team? Do I say oh well our season's done and just quit trying to motivate the team to just focus on me to deal with this drama?
I choose to lead, to fight and to motivate the Warriors to go 5-0 from here on out and yeah It's going to be a tough battle, but that's football and "I Love The Game!" If we don't me our obligations and the league makes the decision X-this ball club out of the RMFL as some have stated, please take note of this! The team has talented players and for those teams looking for the missing link? Take a hard look at the warriors players not the Admin!
